Tutorial: access the clinic portal and find your cases
The clinic portal is the starting point for access to case status and available reports. It is separate from the full reporting workspace.
Use the correct entry point
Open app.doktalo.ro/portal. The public page asks for the email address used when submitting cases and offers Send portal link. New users can follow Create a free portal account.
Request and use your own link
Enter your authorised email address and request the secure link. Open the message in that inbox and follow the link. Do not forward sign-in links to colleagues; each person should use their own authorised access. If a link has expired or has already been used, request a fresh one.
Check the account and case context
After signing in, work with the cases the application makes available to that account or clinic. If an expected case or report is absent, check the submitting email, clinic context and case reference before requesting assistance. An absent report is not proof that a transfer failed.
Access is not the same as a clinical release
Use the case status and the report made available by the team. If the report is not yet available, follow up through the appropriate support route rather than treating an unfinished item as a final report.
Portal versus full application
A portal account does not automatically grant access to PACS administration, reporting tools or every paid module. Full application access and modules are arranged with Doktalo. Ask for a review of your needs rather than sharing another user’s account.
Interface wording and available functions can change. For case files, use the secure clinical workflow. For access or onboarding questions, contact the Doktalo team.
