Who signs
Every report is signed by a veterinary radiologist.
Studies are read by a veterinary radiologist trained in the European ECVDI program, with university teaching experience in veterinary radiology and medical imaging. The radiologist’s name and credentials appear on every signed report, and any AI contribution is stated explicitly.

Why it matters who signs the report
The veterinary radiology colleges, ACVR and ECVDI, state in their joint position statement on artificial intelligence that no commercially available diagnostic imaging product currently meets the standards they set out.
AI tools support report structure and drafting. The interpretation and the signature belong to a radiologist, and the finished report states explicitly where AI contributed.

Frequently asked questions
What should I prepare for my first case?
Upload the complete DICOM study, relevant history, examination region and clinical question. For ultrasound, discuss the required images and clips in advance. Contact us if you need help getting started.
What does it cost after the first free case?
Request the fee for your modality and examination region. Teleradiology is priced separately from software subscriptions. See pricing information.
Which modalities do you read?
Radiography, CT, MRI and ultrasound second opinions.
Does the clinic need to install anything?
No. Browser upload works immediately, and PACS routing can be configured for direct sending from your modality.
Does the AI sign reports?
No. AI assists with structure and drafting. A veterinarian reviews, edits and signs every report.
Do I need the full platform to use one tool?
No. vet.copilot, Dictate and Ortho Planner work standalone with per-user billing, and can be merged into a platform account later.

Use the free clinic portal to submit cases and view the cases and released reports associated with your email. Joining a clinic team requires an invitation or access review.
