Services and software, separately
Study interpretation and software subscriptions are separate services. Confirm the costs of PACS, vet.copilot, dictation or orthopaedic planning individually.
Get a useful quote from your first message
Your first teleradiology case is free. For subsequent studies, request the fee before the case is accepted. Tell us your clinic name, modalities, approximate monthly volume and whether you need interpretation, software or PACS integration.
For an individual case, include the examination region and priority. Ask us to confirm the fee and available turnaround before the case is accepted. Please keep owner details and clinical files out of the commercial enquiry.

For high-volume clinics, contracts or PACS integration, we’ll prepare a tailored offer.

What does the first free case include?
Your first teleradiology case lets you assess the signed report and clinic workflow. Confirm modality, scope and available turnaround with us before submitting.
Is software included in the reporting fee?
Study interpretation and software are offered separately. Your clinic’s quote specifies the selected services and any subscription costs.
Can you support a recurring collaboration?
Yes. Share your approximate monthly volume and modalities so we can discuss a suitable collaboration and PACS integration.
Clinic portal and application access
Use the free clinic portal to submit cases and view the cases and released reports associated with your email. Joining a clinic team requires an invitation or access review.
Full application access and paid modules are arranged by contract and configured by the Doktalo team. The portal account is separate from the full application account.
